House of Koopslie is an Edmonton based fashion brand. We specialize in eco friendly, super-soft, bamboo clothing and accessories for women. Our customers are small - medium Canadian retailers. Our brand is experiencing major growth (yay!) and we are looking for a super star to join our team.

Responsible for administrative operational duties such as creating invoices, sending order details to customers, processing payments, coordinating with shipping facility, and updating client records as needed.
Following up on orders and tracking order changes.
Planning and ordering materials and inventory.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Handling customer requests and inbound sales.
Managing customer relationships.
Responding to all internal and client inquiries (via telephone, email, or in person) in a professional, customer focused and polite manner.
Updating website and social media pages as needed.
Setting up trade show booths and assisting in trade show sales.
Performing bookkeeping duties.
Making travel and hotel arrangements.
Other duties and data entry as required.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
Keen sense of organization and time management.
Proficient at learning new software programs.
Keen attention to detail.
Good problem solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, stamina to deal with the pressure of changing deadlines and priorities.
Ability to process and enter orders quickly and accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently.
An interest in the fashion/wholesale/retail industry and a willingness to learn.
Good mathematical skills.
Must be available to travel to Toronto for trade shows twice a year.

Office environment. There is an option to split your time working at the office and working from home once you learn our systems and processes. Majority of the work is computer related. Some travel within Edmonton and area will be required, so a vehicle is a must.
This is a part time position (20+ hours/week) with the possibility of becoming full-time.
